Organizing

October 12, 2022 By Lisa VandenBerghe Leave a Comment

Just a quick bonus post today. I’m thinking about some ideas for better organizing my costumes and off-season clothes. I use Amazon.fr here in France, but I often use the US site first to search for what I’m looking for.

Has anyone used these shoe boxes before? I love the idea of being able to see what’s inside, and not crushing the vamps on my shoes by piling them up.

For my costumes, it’s been working to use big boxes like these clear latching ones. I can fold my dresses in half and layer them in lightly. I got the idea when thinking about how women used to store their big dresses in past times. It’s time to get at least one new box, and that’s going to mean getting a new shelf. I tried stacking them up, but it’s SOOOOO much easier to put them on shelves.

How are you organizing your costumes and off-season clothes and shoes?

(full disclosure: I’ve signed up as an Amazon Affiliate to see if I can get my website to pay for itself and cut my expenses. You don’t have to buy what I link, and I will only post items that I’m honestly interested in myself. Thanks for clicking and supporting my blog.)
